DHRASTI METHOD — TERMS OF USE AND CUSTOMER TERMS
Last updated: 4 September 2026
These Terms of Use and Customer Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of Dhrasti Method products, services, courses, memberships, communities and digital content, including Dhrasti Foundations and Dhrasti Circle.
Dhrasti Method is operated by Dhrasti Method Ltd, of First Floor, Studio A02, Unit 2C, Atlip Road, Wembley, HA0 4LU, United Kingdom (“Dhrasti”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
You can contact us at [email protected].
By creating an account, enrolling in a product, purchasing access or activating a membership, you agree to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use of our services and explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
1. About Dhrasti Method
Dhrasti Method provides educational and personal-development experiences designed to support understanding, reflection and personal exploration.
Dhrasti Method is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, financial advice, legal advice or another regulated professional service.
Nothing within Dhrasti Method should be treated as a substitute for appropriate professional advice, diagnosis, treatment or care.
We do not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, psychological, professional, financial, relationship or other outcome from participating in Dhrasti Method.
Your experience of the material will be individual to you.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials, paid or complimentary access, course materials or membership access with another person.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
If you believe someone else has gained unauthorised access to your account, please contact us.
We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it has been shared, misused or used in breach of these Terms.
3. Dhrasti Foundations — Complimentary 7-Day Access
Where offered, complimentary Dhrasti Foundations access is provided for the period displayed when you enrol, currently seven days.
No payment is required for the complimentary 7-Day access route unless clearly stated otherwise before enrolment.
Your access period begins when your enrolment or course access is activated, not when you first begin watching the course.
At the end of the stated access period, your access may automatically expire if you have not completed Foundations.
Dhrasti may, at its discretion, offer an extension or the opportunity to continue through another access option.
An extension is not guaranteed and does not create an entitlement to permanent or unlimited access.
4. Dhrasti Foundations — Paid 30-Day Access
Paid Dhrasti Foundations access is provided for the price and access period displayed at checkout, currently 30 days.
Your 30-Day access period begins when your paid access is activated, not when you first begin watching or returning to the course.
If you previously began Foundations through a complimentary route, your existing learner account and available course progress may continue when further access is activated.
If Foundations has not been completed by the end of your current access period, your access may expire.
Where appropriate, Dhrasti may offer a further access period.
Any extension is provided at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms or payment.
An extension does not create an entitlement to unlimited future access.
5. Immediate Access to Digital Content
Dhrasti Foundations contains digital content that may be made available to you immediately following enrolment or purchase.
Where applicable, by expressly requesting immediate access to paid digital content before the end of any statutory cancellation period, you request that the supply of the digital content begins immediately.
Where required by applicable law, you may also be asked to acknowledge that beginning the supply of digital content may affect or result in the loss of a statutory right to cancel that digital-content contract.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Completion of Dhrasti Foundations and Dhrasti Circle Eligibility
A learner who successfully completes Dhrasti Foundations may become eligible for an introductory period inside Dhrasti Circle.
Under the current Foundation graduate offer, the learner’s first three months of Dhrasti Circle membership are included at no membership charge.
Eligibility does not itself create a paid subscription.
To begin Dhrasti Circle, an eligible learner will be invited to activate the membership separately.
The applicable free period, recurring price and billing information will be displayed before the membership is activated.
7. Dhrasti Circle
Dhrasti Circle is an ongoing membership designed to continue the Dhrasti experience beyond Foundations.
Depending on the current membership structure, Dhrasti Circle may include:
- access to the Dhrasti Circle community;
- the Dhrasti Individual Pathway;
- guided practices;
- live or recorded gatherings;
- reflection and experiential resources; and
- other content, practices or experiences introduced over time.
The exact content, format and delivery of Dhrasti Circle may reasonably evolve as the membership develops.
We will not use this right to remove statutory consumer rights or to make unfair material changes to an existing paid membership.
8. Dhrasti Circle Introductory Periods and Recurring Subscription
Different eligible participants may receive different introductory periods.
At present:
Foundation graduates: the first 3 months are free, followed by £18 per month.
Eligible Three-Day Immersive graduates: the first 12 months are free, followed by £18 per month.
The introductory period applicable to you, the recurring membership price, the first expected payment date and relevant billing information will be displayed before you activate your membership.
By activating a Dhrasti Circle subscription, you authorise the recurring monthly payment displayed at checkout to begin after the applicable free period ends, unless you cancel before the relevant renewal or payment date.
After the introductory period, your membership continues on a monthly basis until cancelled.
The recurring nature of the subscription and the price payable after the free period will be clearly presented before activation.
9. Cancelling Dhrasti Circle
You may cancel your Dhrasti Circle subscription using the cancellation facilities available through your Dhrasti/Thinkific learner account.
If you experience difficulty accessing the cancellation facility, you may contact us at:
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation prevents future subscription renewal payments.
You will normally retain access until the end of your current free or paid membership period.
Cancellation does not affect any statutory rights available to you.
10. Prices and Payments
The price, currency, payment frequency and any applicable introductory or free period will be displayed before you complete a purchase or activate a paid membership.
Where payment is required, you must provide a valid and authorised payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information associated with your account remains accurate and current.
Where a recurring payment legitimately due cannot be collected, membership access may be restricted or suspended after reasonable attempts to resolve the payment issue.
We will not add optional charges to your purchase without your agreement.
11. Cancellation Rights, Refunds and Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that you have under applicable consumer law.
Different cancellation and refund rules may apply depending on whether a transaction involves digital content, services, subscriptions or a combination of these.
Where you have a legal right to cancel, receive a refund, obtain repeat performance, receive a price reduction or obtain another consumer remedy, those rights apply regardless of anything inconsistent in these Terms.
Where legally required, relevant pre-contract information and confirmation of your transaction will be provided to you.
If you have a question about a cancellation, payment or refund, please contact:
12. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Dhrasti Method materials are owned by, or licensed to, Dhrasti Method Ltd.
This includes, without limitation:
- video and audio content;

- exercises;
- course structures;
- diagrams;
- frameworks and methodologies;
- live-session materials;
- recordings;
- designs;
- graphics;
- branding;
- community materials; and
- materials provided through Dhrasti Foundations or Dhrasti Circle.
Your enrolment, purchase or membership gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the relevant material for your own personal use.
Unless we give you prior written permission, you must not:
- copy or reproduce Dhrasti materials;
- distribute them to another person;
- upload or republish them publicly;
- record protected course or membership content;
- sell, sublicense or commercially exploit them;
- share your account or course access;
- use Dhrasti materials to create a competing product or service; or
- present Dhrasti proprietary material as your own.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Dhrasti intellectual property to you.
13. Community Conduct
When participating in Dhrasti Circle or another Dhrasti community, you agree to act respectfully toward other participants.
You must not:
- threaten, harass, intimidate or abuse another participant;
- discriminate against or deliberately demean another participant;
- disclose another participant’s confidential or personal information without permission;
- use the community for unsolicited commercial promotion, solicitation or spam;
- publish unlawful, infringing or deliberately harmful material;
- deliberately disrupt the experience of other participants; or
- impersonate another person.
We may reasonably moderate community content.
Where necessary, we may warn, suspend or remove a participant for serious or repeated breaches of these standards.
Where paid membership access is affected, we will act reasonably and take account of the circumstances.
14. Confidentiality Within Community Experiences
Members should treat personal experiences voluntarily shared by other participants within Dhrasti community environments with respect and discretion.
You should not repeat or publicly share another participant’s personal story or identifiable information without their permission.
Although we require appropriate community conduct, we cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality.
You should therefore use your own judgement when deciding whether to disclose sensitive or personal information in a community environment.
15. Personal Responsibility
Dhrasti Method encourages observation, reflection and personal exploration.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
You are free to pause or stop an exercise or experience where appropriate.
Participation in Dhrasti does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, financial adviser-client or other regulated professional relationship.
If participation raises concerns about your physical or psychological wellbeing, or you believe you require medical, psychological or another form of professional support, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.
16. Availability of Dhrasti Services
We aim to provide reliable access to our products and services.
However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, technology failures, internet outages, payment-provider issues, third-party platform issues or events outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.
Where a significant technical issue substantially prevents access to paid content, we will act reasonably to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy where required.
17. Changes to Products and Membership Content
We may make reasonable changes to course presentation, technology, membership features, content or delivery methods where necessary to maintain, improve or develop the service.
Dhrasti Circle in particular is intended to evolve over time, and new resources, practices, gatherings or experiences may be added.
Where a material change negatively affects an existing paid service, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
18. Third-Party Services
Dhrasti Method uses third-party technology and service providers to operate parts of its services.
These may include providers used for:
- website hosting;
- learning platforms;
- payment processing;
- customer relationship management;
- email communications;
- messaging;
- analytics; and
- system integrations.
Your use of some services may therefore also involve the technical systems of third-party providers.
The way personal information is handled in connection with these services is explained further in our Privacy Policy.
19. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded; or
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to those protections, Dhrasti Method does not guarantee that participation will produce a particular personal or commercial result.
We are not responsible for losses arising solely from expectations of a particular outcome that we did not promise or guarantee.
20. Ending or Restricting Access
We may reasonably restrict, suspend or terminate access where necessary because of:
- serious or repeated breach of these Terms;
- account sharing or misuse;
- unlawful activity;
- serious community misconduct;
- infringement of Dhrasti intellectual property; or
- non-payment of an amount properly due.
Where appropriate, we will consider the circumstances before restricting access.
Nothing in this section removes any refund, contractual or statutory rights that may apply.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to:
- Dhrasti products or services;
- our technology;
- our business practices;
- payment or membership arrangements; or
- applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
The latest version will display its effective date.
Where a material change affects an existing paid subscription or service, we will provide notice where required by law.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that may apply under the laws of the country in which you ordinarily live.
