create a learner account;
enrol in or purchase Foundations;
activate Dhrasti Circle;
apply for an Immersive or another experience;
communicate with us;
provide marketing consent;
participate in Dhrasti products or communities; or
otherwise provide information to us.
We may also receive information from the technology providers used to operate our services, for example when a learner enrols, purchases, completes a lesson or changes their subscription status.
5. How and Why We Use Your Information
We use personal information only where we have an appropriate lawful basis.
To provide products and services
We use information to:
create and administer learner accounts;
register and enrol learners;
provide access to Dhrasti Foundations and Dhrasti Circle;
process purchases and subscriptions;
monitor access periods;
record course progress and completion;
provide benefits associated with completion;
manage memberships;
respond to service enquiries; and
provide transactional or service-related communications.
Our lawful basis will normally be that processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
To process applications and requests
If you submit an expression of interest for the Dhrasti Three-Day Immersive or another experience, we may use the information you provide to:
review your request;
understand what you are seeking from the experience;
contact you about the application;
arrange a conversation;
determine appropriate next steps; and
administer the application process.
Our lawful basis will normally be taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where appropriate, our legitimate interests in administering Dhrasti experiences.
To communicate with you about your purchase or participation
We may send communications necessary to provide something you have requested, such as:
account creation information;
course-access information;
purchase confirmations;
subscription or billing information;
important changes to a service;
application responses; and
customer-support communications.
These service communications are separate from optional marketing communications.
Marketing by email and WhatsApp
Where required, we rely on your consent before sending promotional email or WhatsApp communications.
Email marketing consent and WhatsApp marketing consent are managed separately.
You may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe facility in an email, through other preference controls we provide, or by contacting:
Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your ability to access products you have purchased or enrolled in.
UK electronic-marketing rules generally require specific consent before sending marketing email or similar electronic messages to individuals, subject to limited exceptions. Consent should be separate from other terms and based on a clear affirmative choice.
Improving and securing our services
We may use appropriate information to:
maintain website and platform security;
prevent misuse or fraud;
diagnose technical problems;
understand how our services are being used;
improve our content and user experience; and
administer and develop our business.
Where appropriate, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving Dhrasti Method, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
Legal and regulatory obligations
We may process information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, including accounting, taxation, consumer protection, regulatory requirements and responding to lawful requests.
6. Sensitive or Special Category Information
We do not generally need sensitive personal information in order to provide Dhrasti Foundations or Dhrasti Circle.
However, when applying for an in-person or immersive experience, you may voluntarily provide information that could reveal health, disability, mental-health or other sensitive information.
Please provide sensitive information only where it is relevant and appropriate.
Where we need to process information classified as special category data, we will identify an appropriate lawful basis and an additional legal condition for processing it. Where we rely on explicit consent, that consent will be specifically requested and can be withdrawn.
UK data-protection rules impose additional requirements on health and other special-category information, and explicit consent must be expressly confirmed rather than inferred.
7. Who We Share Personal Information With
We use trusted service providers to operate Dhrasti Method.
These currently include services such as:
Wix — website, forms and website functionality;
Thinkific — learner accounts, courses, memberships, communities and related transactions;
ActiveCampaign — customer relationship management, email communications and automation;
Zapier — transferring information between systems and triggering workflow actions;
payment providers associated with our checkout and learning systems;
website analytics and advertising providers where enabled and consented to; and
professional advisers or service providers where reasonably necessary.
These organisations may process information on our behalf in accordance with their own contractual and data-protection obligations.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or a lawful request from a competent authority.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
8. International Transfers
Some technology providers we use may process or store personal information outside the United Kingdom.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take appropriate steps to ensure that the transfer is lawful.
Depending on the destination and provider, this may include relying on:
UK adequacy regulations;
approved contractual safeguards;
the UK International Data Transfer Agreement;
an approved UK Addendum to standard contractual clauses; or
another lawful transfer mechanism.
Where appropriate safeguards rather than an adequacy decision are used, information about those safeguards may be requested by contacting us.
The ICO requires privacy notices to explain international transfers and the safeguards used where applicable.
9. How Long We Keep Personal Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, contractual and regulatory requirements.
Retention periods may vary according to the type of information.
As a general approach:
customer, transaction and contractual records may be retained for up to six years after the relevant relationship or transaction where reasonably required for legal, accounting or contractual purposes;
learner and membership information may be retained while an account or relationship remains active and for an appropriate period afterwards;
unsuccessful or inactive Immersive applications may generally be reviewed for deletion or anonymisation after approximately 12 months, unless there is a reason to retain them longer;
general enquiries may normally be retained for up to 24 months where useful for follow-up or record keeping;
marketing information may be retained while you remain subscribed; and
where you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited suppression record for as long as reasonably necessary to ensure that your preference continues to be respected.
We periodically review information and delete or anonymise information we no longer reasonably require.
UK data-protection law does not set one universal retention period; organisations must be able to justify how long identifiable personal information is kept and should not retain it indefinitely simply in case it becomes useful later.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites and online services may use cookies and similar technologies.
Some cookies are necessary for services such as:
security;
account login;
shopping or checkout functionality;
remembering essential session information; and
providing services specifically requested by the user.
Other cookies may be used for:
analytics;
performance measurement;
preferences;
marketing;
advertising; or
understanding website activity.
Where consent is legally required, non-essential cookies and similar technologies should only be used after you have made the relevant choice through our cookie-consent mechanism.
More information is provided in our Cookie Policy and through the cookie-preference controls available on our websites.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
We also choose established third-party systems to operate important parts of Dhrasti Method and restrict access to personal information to people who reasonably need it.
No online system can guarantee absolute security.
12. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights including:
the right to be informed about how we use your information;
the right of access to personal information we hold about you;
the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information;
the right to erasure in certain circumstances;
the right to restrict processing in certain circumstances;
the right to data portability where applicable;
the right to object to certain processing; and
rights relating to certain automated decision-making.
Not every right applies in every circumstance.
You can exercise a relevant right by contacting:
We may need to verify your identity before responding.
UK GDPR provides these individual rights, although which rights apply depends partly on the lawful basis and circumstances of processing.
13. Your Right to Object to Direct Marketing
You have the right to object at any time to personal information being used for direct marketing.
If you unsubscribe or otherwise object to direct marketing, we will stop using your personal information for that purpose, subject to retaining limited information needed to record and honour your preference.
The right to object to use of personal information for direct marketing is absolute.
14. Automated Workflows
We use automation to help administer Dhrasti Method.
For example, our systems may automatically:
update a learner's status;
record enrolment or course progress;
send relevant communications;
identify the appropriate access journey; or
stop communications when a learner's status changes.
These operational automations are not intended to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
If that changes in the future, we will provide appropriate information and safeguards.
15. Children
Dhrasti Method online programmes and paid memberships are generally intended for adults aged 18 or over, unless we expressly state otherwise.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we will take appropriate steps.
16. Links to Other Websites
Our websites or communications may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independently operated third-party websites.
You should review the relevant privacy information when using those services.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change.
The latest version will be published with its updated effective date.
Where a material change significantly affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
18. Complaints
If you have concerns about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.

DHRASTI METHOD — COOKIE POLICY
Last updated: 4 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Dhrasti Method Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on websites and online services operated by or on behalf of Dhrasti Method.
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on or accessed from your computer, phone, tablet or other device when you use a website.
Cookies and similar technologies can allow websites to function, maintain login sessions, remember preferences, measure website performance and support analytics or advertising.
2. Who We Are
Dhrasti Method is operated by:
Dhrasti Method Ltd
First Floor, Studio A02, Unit 2C
Atlip Road
Wembley
HA0 4LU
United Kingdom
Email: [email protected]
3. Types of Cookies We May Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for important website functions and may include cookies used to:
keep websites secure;
maintain login sessions;
enable learner accounts;
remember items or selections during checkout;
process transactions;
balance website traffic; or
provide another online service specifically requested by you.
These cookies generally do not require consent where they are genuinely necessary to provide the requested service.
Functional or Preference Cookies
These cookies may help remember choices such as preferences or settings and provide enhanced functionality.
Where these cookies are not strictly necessary, we will seek consent where required.
Analytics and Performance Cookies
These technologies may help us understand:
how many people visit our websites;
which pages are used;
how visitors move around the website;
how campaigns perform; and
whether technical problems occur.
Where legally required, these technologies are activated only after appropriate consent.
Marketing and Advertising Cookies
Where used, these technologies may help us:
measure advertising;
understand whether someone visited after seeing an advertisement;
create or measure audiences;
deliver more relevant advertising; or
understand interactions across websites and platforms.
We will seek consent before using non-essential advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies where required.
Third-Party and Embedded Content
Some Dhrasti pages may incorporate services provided by third parties.
These services may use their own cookies or similar technologies.
Examples may include learning platforms, video players, analytics providers, payment services or embedded media.
4. Technology Providers
Depending on the page or service you use, cookies and similar technologies may be associated with providers including:
Wix, which operates Dhrasti's public website;
Thinkific, which operates Dhrasti's learner platform, course and membership environment;
analytics providers;
advertising platforms, where enabled;
payment and security providers; and
other technical services used to operate our websites.
Thinkific, for example, uses browser cookies to maintain site sessions, keep learners signed in and save a learner's place in some lesson content.
5. Your Cookie Choices
When you first visit a Dhrasti website, you may be presented with a cookie banner or preference centre.
Where consent is required, you should be able to:
accept non-essential cookies;
reject non-essential cookies; or
choose categories of cookies through cookie settings.
You can change your preferences later through the cookie-settings facility where available.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings, although blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website, checkout or learner account from functioning correctly.
Under current UK rules, non-essential cookies generally require clear information and a positive consent action before they are set. Merely continuing to browse is not sufficient consent.
6. Cookie Duration
Some cookies are session cookies, which normally expire when your browser session ends.
Others are persistent cookies, which remain for a defined period or until deleted.
The exact cookies and durations may change as our website providers and services evolve.
Where available, our cookie-preference centre provides further information about the current cookies and technologies in use.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when:
our website functionality changes;
we introduce or remove technology providers;
the cookies we use change; or
applicable legal requirements change.
The latest version will show its effective date.
